Neofigure is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

By purchasing from Neofigure, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 7 days of delivery under specific conditions.
Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is received damaged or defective, and only after proper photo or video evidence is provided and approved by our team.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 15 to 30 business days to process.
