Return & Refund Policy – Neofigure

Returns

At Neofigure, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

   The item must be in perfect, unused condition.

   It must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as received.

   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted. We also do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. To validate the claim, customers must submit clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases:

   A full refund will be issued, including product cost and original shipping.

   Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 15 to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations after purchase. Please make sure all order details are correct before placing your order.
